GTL recently won the prestigious Best Mobile Application Development Company award (Large Enterprise Category in Gujarat) at the Annual GESIA 2015.

We have become member of Microsoft Insider Program for Windows 10 Universal Application Development Platform and Windows Azure.

Sameer Pradhan, Head of Future Engineering & Technical Excellence, Gateway Group won access to the Windows 10 UAP and Microsoft Azure insider program along with Azure Ultimate along with Visual Studio Online Ultimate subscriptions for 15 months in an on-the-spot application challenge at the Mobile World Congress at Barcelona on 2nd March, 2015.

The insider program gives Gateway Group Teams an access of 2 prepaid technical application development support on Windows 10 UAP Platform along with an additional 1 prepaid support ticket for architectural review of Windows Azure Migration for PaaS and SaaS.

Gateway Technolabs Grabs Two Awards at 8th GESIA Awards, 2015

Gateway Technolabs won two prestigious awards at 8th GESIA Awards, 2015, held at Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 13th March, 2015. We won awards for “President's Choice Award for Excellence in Global Delivery” and "Best Mobile Development Company of Gujarat in Large Company Category".

GESIA (GUJARAT ELECTRONICS AND SOFTWARE INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION) Annual Awards are considered to be the most prestigious awards of the Gujarat IT industry and are organized each year as an initiative to acknowledge, motivate and encourage ICT sector in the state. Gateway Group was the Platinum Partner for the awards.

The jury consisted of 8 members from Industry and Academics. They evaluated companies based on qualitative and quantitative data submitted by them. Over 200 nominations came in from various award Categories.

Gateway Technolabs Steals the top spot at Nokia Go-Port Event

Our Enterprise Mobility team on Saturday 19th April, 2014 won the Top-spot at the Nokia X GO-Port Event organized by Nokia. The event was organized by Nokia in association with Digit, where our brilliant team of Sabir Arora and Ajit Prajapati demonstrated porting the highest number of quality Android Apps to Nokia X platform (9 apps as against 7 to the nearest competitor) in record time.

The team first made people aware about the Key APIs involved in the Training on Technology, Porting and Compatibility and then conducted the porting in record time.

“We really won huge, in quality terms as well”, says Sabir Arora. “We outperformed the other competing teams who are considered the best in mobile applications development, some even winning the top spots since the past 7 years. Surprisingly, this was Gateway’s first foray into the competition with the runners-up team with just 7 applications ported against our 9.

We understood the Key APIs much in advance, about porting the applications to Nokia-X Platform and the review process that Nokia follows for uploading the app and that helped us not only meet Nokia’s specific demands, but also helped us develop the apps in record minimum time.”
